Accommodations

Guests will stay in air-conditioned suite-style rooms with 2 to 4 double-occupancy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a furnished common room, and a kitchenette that includes a sink and a full-sized refrigerator. Linens and towels are provided. A limited number of summer guest accommodations are available, and guests may be required to share a suite with other guests. Only adults over 18 may stay at the Boston College Summer Guest House.

Only people affiliated with Boston College may apply for a reservation (this does not include parents of students attending Orientation).

Food

For on-campus dining, Boston College Dining Services' hours of operation and menus can be found online at bc.edu/dining throughout the summer. Information on nearby restaurants in Boston can be found in the Summer Welcome Center.

Internet

Guests at Boston College can gain 24-hour visitor access to the University’s network. This access will need to be renewed each day at www.bc.edu/activate. Instructions are available in the Summer Welcome Center.

Phone

You may use the phone in the Summer Welcome Center.

Building/Room Access

Upon check-in, you will be provided with a key to your individual bedroom, a code to enter your suite, and a card that will give you access to the building. Return both your room key and access card at the end of your stay to avoid a $20 lost key/card fee.

Check-in/Check-out

You may check in and check out at the Summer Welcome Center.

Check-in: 2:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
Check-out: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Room Rate

Single or Double Occupancy: $/per night, per bedroom (max. 2 people per bedroom)

Payment

Once your reservation request has been processed, you will be emailed detailed booking information and a link for making an online credit card payment. Both Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Charges must be paid in full in order to complete the reservation process; bookings that remain unpaid after 3 business days will be canceled.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

No refunds or adjustments are available for cancellations or early departures.
