Residence Hall Mailing Information

Package Delivery

UPS and FedEx will not deliver packages directly to residence halls. All packages, regardless of carrier, must be picked up at one of Campus Mail Services' four convenient locations.

If you receive a package, you will be notified via email through an automated package tracking system. Please bring your email notification and your Boston College ID to retrieve your package at your designated location.

If you have any questions, please email package@bc.edu. Be sure to include your full name, Eagle number, and residence hall address in all communications.

The entrance to the Voute Package Center is located at the southwest side of the building
near Ignacio Hall, at the top of the ramp.

Edmond's Package Center: 617-552-1472

The Edmond's Package Center is located in the First Floor South hallway, between the laundry room and the lounge. Please use the main entrance to the building.
