YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This program is for middle school to high school athletes, ages 12-18 years, interested in improving their performance in sports. This training program is appropriate and safe for this age group. Types of training include:
• Core Strength Development
• Speed Development
• Agility Development
• Power Development
• Core Stability
• Strength Development
YOUTH KICKBOXING
Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:15 - 2:15 p.m.
This class is designed for youth ages 10 - 18. Through the careful guidance of the instructor, this class will combine boxing and kickboxing techniques, cardio conditioning and core stabilization drills. Learn how to jab, punch and kick your way through this fun workout! Hand wraps are required and one set will be provided for the class.
