TRX Demonstrations

On Tuesday, November 13th Campus Recreation will be offering a series of FREE 30-minute TRX Demonstrations to let our members try out the system and help us decide whether it is a good fit for the Plex. TRX combines body-movements, suspension and angles for a fun, yet challenging, total-body workout that engages the core with each exercise. These hands-on demonstration sessions are free of cost, but do require registration. Non-members are welcome to participate, but will need to purchase a guest pass.
