Want to get in shape, become healthier or revitalize your current workout routine? Want to get the most out of your time, focus your energy and see results? Then personal training is for you!

Personal training sessions are available for individuals of any age or fitness level and we offer a variety of customized training options, including one-on-one or semi-private sessions to fulfill each person’s needs.

Our trainers are certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and have wide-ranging expertise and practical experience working with specific populations including: seniors, athletes, pre/postnatal, and those with specific health concerns. Whether your goal is to get fit, revitalize your routine, lose weight, gain strength, train for a specific sport or recover from an injury, we are committed to helping you achieve your goals!


Individual Sessions
Available in 60 or 30 minute lengths.  Not sure where to begin your workout?  60 minute sessions work well for individuals looking for a complete workout to focus on all areas of fitness including cardiovascular, resistance training, flexibility and general well being.

6 or 12 Session Packages

The 6 or 12 session packages provide the trainer and client time to expand the focus of exercise progression, program development and diversity of your exercise program.

Semi-Private Partner Training

Do you and a friend have similar goals? By teaming up with a friend, you will save money and workout in a more comfortable environment with a friend or colleague.

Personal Workout Plan
Our trainers will develop a personalized workout plan to meet your fitness goals and train you to ensure you use proper form and technique. This program is split into two one-hour sessions. Click here to learn more.

Health & Fitness Assessment

Let one of our certified trainers provide you with a body-fat assessment, flexibility assessment, muscular strength and endurance measurements, and a cardiovascular fitness evaluation. Click here to learn more.

Registration
If you are interested in registering for personal training or have additional questions, call (617)552-6094 or email fitness.center@bc.edu. All personal training participants must fill out the Personal Training Application Packet prior to their first session. Some participants may also be asked to complete a Medical Waiver. These forms must be hand-delivered to the Member Services Office upon completion.
