Fitness Variety Classes

Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the MPR

Come and check out our specialized yoga offerings Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) at the Plex.

Take your yoga practice to a new level. Classes will build upon each other over the course of the semester.  Committed practice will prepare your body and mind to safely lift into wheel, confidently float up to headstand, or comfortably balance in crow pose. Pick your pose and set your own personal goal.
