Interim Summer Schedule

The Plex will be closed August 18 - 19 for cleaning. An interim group fitness schedule will be in place August 20 - 29. The regular Fall group fitness schedule will begin Monday, September 1 with a few exceptions.

The classes are subject to change, so please follow us on Twitter (@BCRecFitness) to get the most up-to-date information. Class descriptions are available here.

Most classes are an hour long unless marked as an "Express" class or with a denoted with a class length, like "Spin 45," "Spin 60," etc.
