Group Fitness Schedule

Upcoming Schedule Changes

An interim group fitness schedule will be in place August 20 - 29. The regular Fall group fitness schedule will begin Monday, September 1 with a few exceptions.

The classes are subject to change, so please follow us on Twitter (@BCRecFitness) or sign up for the Fitness Listserv to get the most up-to-date information. Class descriptions are available here.

Group fitness classes, with the exception of premium classes, are free to all members and are located at the Flynn Recreation Complex as well as the Quonset Hut. These classes do not require registration, so members are welcome to drop in and try a variety of fitness classes.

Non-members are welcome to participate in group fitness classes, but must first purchase a BC Rec day pass to access the facility.

While registration is not required, we do offer spin class reservations 24-hours in advance. Please review our policies prior to attending class.

Flynn Complex Interim Group Fitness Schedule
August 20 - 29

Most classes are an hour long unless marked as an "Express" class or with a denoted with a class length, like "Spin 45," "Spin 60," etc.

This is a tentative schedule. Some classes may change in the first couple of weeks as instructor schedules are finalized. Most classes are an hour long unless marked as an "Express" class or with a denoted with a class length, like "Spin 45," "Spin 60," etc.

    Premium Classes require prior registration and have a fee associated with them.

Premium Group Fitness Classes
9/9 - 12/8

Premium Group Fitness Classes are offered in a smaller variety of formats, typically for specific groups like faculty and staff or graduate students, as examples. These off-site group fitness classes around campus are held in sessions (typically 6-8 weeks long or in a series of select dates throughout a semester) and may have associated fees. Registration is required to reserve your spot.
