All Boston College faculty, staff, and spouses thereof, may purchase a membership by presenting a valid Boston College Eagle-one ID card (obtainable in Lyons Hall). Anyone in this category may opt not to purchase a membership, but rather present his/her Boston College Eagle-one card and pay a daily Guest Fee each time they come in to use the Recreation Complex. Children under 5 years of age are not charged a guest fee.
All Members and guests are expected to adhere to all of the rules of the facility. The Recreation Complex reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the membership of any member who refuses to comply with any of the rules.
Most insurance companies, including Harvard Pilgrim, offer a fitness reimbursement up to $150 per calendar year for health club membership dues, so that's basically a FREE semester! To apply for your reimbursement, just log into HPHConnect online or download the Harvard Pilgrim Fitness Reimbursement Form.
Fall memberships will go on sale August 25. For the quickest response time, please stop by the Member Services Office in the Flynn Recreation Complex to purchase your membership, locker or towel service. We are transitioning to a new membership software this fall, so please bear with us as we work out any issues.
With this new software, we are working towards introducing online payment and registration, so keep an eye out for updates in the Spring semester! You can also call Member Services at (617) 552-0797 with any questions or concerns. Phone calls will be returned in the order they are recieved, so please leave a detailed message on the machine.
