Employee Membership Form
Fall memberships will go on sale August 18.
This form should be used by Boston College faculty, staff, and spouses thereof to register for a semester, academic year, summer, or annual membership, locker rental, and/or towel service. We can accept payment by check, credit card, Eagle Bucks, or payroll deductions.
All forms may be submitted electronically, by mail, fax, or hand delivered to the Member Services Office, located in the front lobby of the Flynn Complex, with payment. Payment may be made by check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Eagle Bucks.
