BC Rec Flynn Complex Aquatics Center Pool

Plex Pool Resurfacing Project

Campus Recreation will be draining and resurfacing the Flynn Complex Pool May 6 - June 23, 2013. This pool is over 40 years old and has been in desperate need of an upgrade. As always, our main goal is a new facility, but since this pool will be in use for 4 or 5 more years, it is imperative we take action this summer to address staining and erosion on the pool bottom.

We know these closures will affect some of our members who swim regularly, so we have reached out to local pools and secured swim times at Brookline, BU and the Oak Square YMCA during the closure.

If you are interested in using these facilities, please contact Sandy Corsi in Member Services at corsis@bc.edu or 617-552-3036 to be placed on the "Pool Member List." This roster, along with a valid BC ID, will be used for access to these facilities.

Thank you all for your patience and support during this project!
