Fitness Center

The Flynn Recreation Complex fitness areas feature a wide variety of fitness equipment for users of all experience levels. It offers cardio equipment, a full complement of strength training equipment and free weights, an indoor running track, an indoor basketball court for large group fitness classes, an air-conditioned spin studio, and three air-conditioned group fitness studios that are combined to form one large space to accommodate our well attended classes.

Group Fitness Studios

  • Air-conditioned spin studio with 27 Keiser M3+ indoor cycling bikes
  • Three combined air-conditioned MPR fitness studios (one is converted to an air-conditioned cardio room in the summer)
  • One large group fitness court in the Basketball Wing


Indoor Jogging Track

  • Inside Lane 590 feet/lap - 8.9 laps = 1 mile
  • Middle Lane 610 feet/lap - 8.6 laps = 1 mile
  • Outside Lane 630 feet/lap - 8.4 laps = 1 mile
