How to use the templates

• Click below to preview the available templates:

• Select a template from the downloaded files and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Professional
• Click on the area of the template you wish to edit
• Enter your text
• All fonts and sizing are preset and will adjust depending on how much text is entered
• Save File

To add a photo to Template 2:

Windows XP

• Right click on photo you want to add to the flyer and choose Open with> Microsoft Paint
• After the photo opens in Paint, choose the Select Tool
• Draw a rectangle around photo to highlight what section you want to use (select the whole photo if you want)
• From the Edit Menu, choose Copy
• Open PDF flyer in Adobe Acrobat Reader. After it loads, choose Paste from the Edit menu
• You may now resize the photo to better fit the box by dragging the handles on the corner of the image.
• Move the photo into place in the template
• Save file

Mac OS

• Open photo in Preview
• Select Copy
• Return to open template in Adobe Acrobat
• Paste photo into the document
• Resize as necessary
• Save file
  

How to edit layout, font type and size inside template

*Adobe Acrobat Professional is needed

• Open template in Acrobat Professional
• In the Form menu, choose Edit Form In Acrobat
• You can now change the layout, add or delete form fields, etc.
• To change font type or size, right click (ctrl click on Mac) on the form field you want to edit
• Select Properties
• Select Appearance tab to edit font type and size
• Save file when finished
