A monthly training calendar is posted mid-month, September through March outlining classes for the following month.

From May through September, ITS Training and Communications offers "Classes By Request" for groups of 6 or more.

Would you like to request a class for your department? Classes by request are available for 6 or more people. Email us the name of the class and possible dates, its-training@bc.edu.

Do you need additional assistance? Email us the topic you need help with, and we'll contact you to discuss additional training resources, such as deskside coaching or training opportunities online or outside BC.

Intro to Adobe CQ Classes

New users to Adobe CQ, BC's web publishing application, are required to complete this session prior to being given access to CQ. PLEASE NOTE: You must have permission from your website manager before you can complete this Adobe CQ training course.

Intro to Adobe CQ will be held periodically throughout the summer. Please email Web Support to register for these sessions. Sessions are currently scheduled for:
