When purchasing technology hardware for your department, consider the Information Technology Services (ITS) recommended products. These products have been evaluated and tested with input from ITS staff and the community specifically for use on the Boston College network.

Hardware Support and Repair
Support: University owned hardware such as computers, printers, and monitors are supported by Information Technology Services.  We stongly recommend that you purchase any warranties or service agreements that are available.

Repair: Our on-campus hardware repair staff are certified to repair the ITS recommended computers, printers, and monitors. Learn more about BC Hardware Repair services.
