The ITS Project Management Office is staffed by experienced project managers who are tailoring and applying project management methods and tools within the Boston College environment.  The PMO provides a variety of project management services by:
• Managing selected projects
• Providing and continually enhancing project management guidelines and tools
• Engaging with project leaders throughout the university to adopt project management best practices
