The ITS Project Management Office is staffed by experienced project managers who are tailoring and applying project management methods and tools within the Boston College environment. The PMO provides a variety of project management services for ITS by:
• managing selected projects
• providing and continually enhancing project management guidelines and tools
• engaging with ITS project leaders to adopt project management best practices.
