This weekend's box office winner was "Identity Thief." This time of year, real identity thieves are especially busy, and it could happen to anyone.

In 2012, the IRS stopped $20 billion in fraudulent refunds from being issued -- up from $14 billion in 2011. Over 3,000 IRS employees were dedicated investigating and preventing identity thieves from falsely claiming refunds last year.
