Boston College ITS has begun a new Techcycle program, which will allow departments to request older BC computers to be replaced with recently retired (slightly newer) BCCR computers.  The goal of the program is to improve performance of department-owned computers, and potentially save money on replacements or repairs of older equipment.

Area TCs will work with Department Contacts (DCs) to submit requests in Service Center using a Techcycle Request Form which can be found in Service Center in the left navigation bar under Options Menu > Submit Techcycle Request
