You may get a call here at BC that sounds innocent enough. Someone may ask innocuous sounding questions such as "What does BC use for its email?" or "What contractor is being used for that job?"
As a recent article on cnn.com illustrates, those calls aren'a always as innocent as they seem. A hacker could be on the other end of the line, looking for information about BC he could use.
If someone calls from outside BC and you can't verify their identity, don't feel obligated to give them any information.
