Student and Academic Systems Services (SASS) provides the underlying structure and support for critical business processes in academic and students systems, technology service management, and the design and administration of Boston College’s Internet presence. SASS adheres to a high standard in project management, process design, application development and integration, quality assurance, and systems management, in support of students, faculty, and staff.

SCOPE
- Employ best practices in the design, development, integration, and support of academic and student information systems.
- Efficiently develop and implement portal and mobile applications utilizing industry standard technologies.
- Creatively design and support Boston College websites.
- Implement ITIL for Information Technology service management processes and provide technical and project oversight across multiple deployments.
