The Data and Cable Television Services group is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Cable Television system and the entire Boston College computer networking plant. Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and repair of computer network
• Systemic upgrades to CATV hardware and software
• Vendor management (Comcast)
• All moves, adds and changes
• Remote site network services (Waltham, Weston, Dorchester, Newtonville, Newton, 1280 Boylston)
• Wireless ethernet services
• Network equipment staging, configuration, and installation
• UPS systems for all network room locations
• On-call support for after-hours outages
• Troubleshooting and repair of computer network
• Technical assistance on all network services capital projects
