Please call the Technology Help Center at 2-HELP (617-552-4357). The Help Center will contact the BCCR team or your TC to assist you.  

Training

Learn how Boston College faculty and staff can access Microsoft E-Learning visit bc.edu/mselearning.

Additionally, ITS Training and Communications offers regular classes through its training program on a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications. For a calendar of current offerings visit bc.edu/training.

Your Department Contact (DC) may request training for your area if your new computer has a new operating system or new version of Microsoft Office.
