Study Abroad Advising
office of international programs
Planning to study abroad includes many different aspects:
Semester and Year Programs
Step 1: Talk to an Advising Assistant (AA) about general aspects of going abroad. You may expect to learn about policies and procedures, how to research programs, and next steps. Advising Assistants are available by appointment or during drop-in hours. As of this year, Monserrat Students can meet with the Monserrat Coalition Liaison to begin the process.
Step 2: Meet with an International Study Advisor (ISA), a staff member with special expertise in a given region. Your ISA will help you with the application process and will be a point of contact during your experience abroad. Students who arrive to meet with an ISA will be asked to reschedule if they have not met with an AA prior.
Summer Programs
You have the option to meet with the Summer Programs Advisor, or proceed directly to submitting an application.
Schedule your Appointment
When arriving at Hovey House for your appointment, please be on time and note that students who are more than 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule.
