Laundry Refunds

This form is to be used only for Eagle Bucks refunds. If you have lost CASH in one of the laundry machines, you will need to call MacGray directly at 1-800-622-4729 to receive a coin refund.

Please review the refund policy for Residence Hall laundry machines thoroughly, before submitting your request below:

  1. Refund requests must be made no more than 7 business days after the incident you are reporting. Please do not report incidents that occurred more than 7 business ago.
  2. Refund requests will be processed in the order received usually within 5 days of receipt date. An email message will be sent to requestor once the refund has been processed.
  3. Refund can only be processed to requestor's Eagle Bucks account. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.
  4. Machine malfunctions will be verified before refund is authorized. We reserve the right to deny a refund if situation cannot be verified.
  5. Incomplete refund requests will not be accepted.
