How to Add Funds to declining balance Debit Accounts

 

  1. PARENTS - Go to click here and log in with the student's Eagle ID number AND birthday (mm/dd) then click on 'Search'.

  2. Select a 'Payment Type' of Eagle Bucks, Dining Bucks or Flex Dining. Your e-mail address is required so that a confirmation may be sent to you. Please enter your e-mail address and then click 'Proceed to B.C. Payment'. This will open up a payment window.

  3. Enter the amount you'd like to deposit in the 'Payment Amount' field. Choose a 'Payment Method' of either credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or eCheck (electronic bank withdrawal from your checking account. You will need the routing number and account number from your check.) You may also charge up to a $100 balance to your student account, provided the account is paid in full. After making your selections, click on the 'Continue' button.

  4. After you have completed your transaction, remember to log off AGORA. Your student's Eagle-One Card will be updated with the funds within approximately 10-20 minutes.

 

 

Students - Add Funds to an Optional Account

 

  1. STUDENTS - Go to the BC Info Page and log in with your username AND your password. (If you don't know your username you may also use your Eagle ID number)

    Please note: Every year you must reconfirm your privacy preferences and acknowledge the University Security Agreement before you are able to process transactions on AGORA. If you have not already done both of these this academic year, you will have a button for each in the center of your AGORA page to link you to these agreements. Update the privacy preferences and read the Security Agreement. When you are done, you will be asked to enter your PIN number to confirm the transaction.

  2. From the display of 'My Services', select 'Eagle One Card-Add Funds'. This brings you to the Boston College Eagle-One Card Accounts page.

    Please note: This option will be missing if you did not complete the Privacy Preferences or Security Agreement referenced above.

  3. Click on the 'Add Funds to this Account' button.

  4. Click on the 'Submit payment' button of your choice. This will open up a payment window.

  5. Enter the amount you'd like to deposit in the 'Payment Amount' field. How to Check Your Balance
