Accessing Kronos

Upgrades to the BC Application Server changed how Kronos is accessed. Follow the steps below.

Using the Citrix Receiver (recommended)

  1. If Kronos displays on the right of your Receiver, remove it.
  2. Click the down arrow next to your User ID and click Refresh Apps.
  3. Click Browsers.
  4. Click Kronos Access (see picture below).

  1. Log into the portal
  2. Go to “My Services”
  3. Go to “Employee Time Reporting”
  4. Select your job and click the ”Enter” button on the bottom of the page
  5. A new window is launched and you are logged into Kronos.

 

Using a Browser

  1. Log in to the BC Application Server at https://apps.bc.edu.
  2. Click Browsers.
  3. Click Kronos Access (see picture below)

  2. Go to “My Services”
  3. Go to “Employee Time Reporting”
  4. Select your job and click the ”Enter” button on the bottom of the page
  5. A new window is launched and you are logged into Kronos.


Having problems with Kronos?

Please try the Kronos Java Repair application. Run it from the Application Server, then access Kronos again.
