Confidential Data
When sending confidential data electronically, to those who are authorized, it is important to ensure it is being transmitted securely. Email is not a secure method of electronic delivery, therefore, we strongly recommend that you use MyFiles@bc to store and share electronic documents. (MyFiles@bc is a secure web-based file storage and sharing application that you can access from anywhere.)

ITS recommends you do not store your email on your local computer.
For security, make sure Outlook's auto-archive feature is turned off
- From the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Other tab, then click the AutoArchive button.
- Un-check the first box to Run AutoArchive and click OK.
