• Students and affiliates: By default, your disk space quota in MyFiles@bc is set to 100 megabytes.

NOTE: To request more space for your BC related tasks, call the Help Center at 617-552-HELP or 2-HELP from on-campus.

To see how much space you have left in your MyFiles@bc account:

1. Log in to your MyFiles@bc account at: www.bc.edu/myfiles.
   
2. The bottom of the screen will indicate how much available space you have (see Figure below):
   

IMPORTANT: Items in your trash count against your quota. Learn how to empty your trash.
