Help Center, Walk-In Help Desk, and CTRC
The Help Center is the initial point of contact for requests for assistance. All requests are tracked. Call the Help Center at 2-4357 (617-552-4357) to speak directly with a Help Center Specialist. If a problem requires on-site assistance, it is quickly routed to the appropriate Technology Consultant. See Help Center Support hours.
- The Walk-In Help Desk, located in O'Neill 248, provides assistance to users needing technology help with their computer's software, networking, virus removal, computer rebuild/reimage, and other such issues. Walk-In Help Desk hours.
- The Campus Technology Resource Center (CTRC) is the main computer lab on the Boston College campus and provides public computers for the use of students, faculty, and staff. CTRC hours.
Technology Consultants (TCs)
Faculty seeking assistance may contact the Technology Consultant (TC) assigned to their department. TCs provide a wide range of desktop computing support and technology-related consulting. TCs have offices near the area they support to facilitate on-site assistance. See the TC website.

Hardware repair Center
The Hardware Repair Center provides BC faculty, staff, and students an on-campus facility for warranty and non-warranty computers as well as University owned printers. Learn more about the Hardware Repair Center, including what brands they are certified to repair.
EagleTech is a group of dedicated students providing a presence within Information Technology Services.
