To find out what software version you are using on a Windows computer:

1. From the Help menu, click About <software name>.
   For example, in Outlook the menu option is About Outlook.
2. The version number should appear on the window that appears (see Figure 1).

To find out what software version you are using on a Mac:

1. From the <Software name> menu, click About <software name>.
   For example: From the Apple Mail menu, click About Apple Mail.
2. The version number should appear on the window that appears (see Figure 2).
