Trouble Logging in or Need to Download the Software Again?
If you think you may not have registered properly or need to download the agent software again:
- Open your web browser and go to Connected Backup's: Account Management page
- Do you have a multimedia account or ITS account on Connected Backup?
- If you need to download the agent software again, click Reinstall Agent.
