Types of websites available at BC

Each department, center or program can have a BC web site in Adobe CQ, the enterprise content management system. There is also a personal web server located at www2.bc.edu which is available for individual BC community members to develop their own site.

Secure web pages

• The vast majority of web sites at Boston College are public.
  
• You should assume that all content on your web site is available to anyone on the Internet, forever.
  
• All Boston College web contributors must agree to the terms of the Boston College Data
  Security Policy.
  
• If you would like certain web content or web pages secured, please contact your Data Security Officer to learn about the policies and procedures.
