To reduce the amount of spam you receive to your BC email account, Boston College uses a Spam Blocking Service which quarantines email it identifies as spam. Quarantined mail is subject to automatic deletion.

• Periodically, you need to check the quarantine to ensure that no valid messages were incorrectly quarantined.
• You may add addresses to block (quarantine) or safelist addresses that were incorrectly identified as spam.
• You may also request a daily digest of quarantined messages.
