If you want to view more or less than 20 messages on a page at a time, you can set that number in your preferences.

To set the number of messages you view at a time:

1. In the upper-right of WebMail, click Preferences.
2. Click General Preferences.
3. From the Display drop-down list, select the number of messages you want to view at a time (see Figure 1).
