Creating New Contacts in WebMail

In WebMail, you can save email addresses in your Contacts folder. Currently, you can only have one address book. Information Technology Services (ITS) is looking to expand this option to allow multiple address books in the near future.

To create a new contact:

  1. From the left navigation of WebMail, above Folders, click Add Contact (see Figure 1).

  2. Enter all the information you want on the Add a New Contact page, then click Save: Save contact button.
  3. To see your new contact: From the left navigation, under Folders, click the folder named Contacts (see Figure 2).

  4. Your new contact now appears on the Contacts page (see Figure 3).
