To search the BC directory to find names and email addresses of faculty, students, and staff:

1. Configure People Search to search the BC Directory (BC sign-in required).
   
   
2. Click the Start button, point to Search, then click For People.
   The Find People window appears.
   
   
3. From the Look in drop-down list, select directory.bc.edu.
   
   
4. Enter one of the following (see Figure 1):
   • In the Name box, Last name or first and last name (separated by a space) of the BC person you want to find.
     Important: Do not search for a first name without a last name.
   • In the E-mail box, enter the email address of the BC person you want to find.

5. Click Find Now.
   Your search results appear (see Figure 2):

6. If you use Outlook, you can add an entry from the search results to your Address Book: Select the name you want to add and click Add to Address Book.
