NOTE: The instructions on this page apply to student email accounts only. Faculty and staff should use the Global Address List in Exchange to search the directory.

To look-up BC email addresses:

1. Go to the Directory Search page.
   Read our Directory tips page.
2. Choose one of the following tabs:
   • People: search for student, faculty, and staff contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses).
   • Departments: search for a department to view a list of staff in that department
   • Group Email Accounts: search for a group email account
3. In the box, enter one of the following:
   • Last name or first and last name (separated by a space)
     
   • Eagle number 
   • BC username
   • Department name (Department searches only)
   • Keyword (for group email accounts)
     For example: "admission"
4. Click Search.
   Note: If you log in to Agora Portal with your BC username and password, you can see more information in the BC directory.
