Access BCPost: http://listserv.bc.edu.

Boston College user

1. Enter your BC email address in the Email Address: field.
2. Enter your BC password in the Password: field.
3. Click the Login button (see Figure 1).

Note: If your list is tied to an interactive email address, you will log in to BCPost with that username and password. Alumni may log in with their BC Alumni address and password.

Non-Boston College user

If you don't have a BC email address, you first need to create an account.

Create an account

1. Click on the New non-BC User link under the Login button (see Figure 1).
2. In the Create a New Account window, enter your email address in the field marked: Your Email Address (see Figure 2).
   
3. Click the Send Me My Password button (see Figure 2).
4. A BCPost password will be sent to the email address you entered. Access that email account to retrieve your BCPost password.
   Note: you should change this initial password to something secure and easier to remember using the Preferences link visible, after you login.

Non-BC address login

1. Enter the email address you used when you requested the BCPost account (non-BC address) in the field marked: Your Email Address (see Figure 2).
2. Enter your BCPost password in the Password: field (see Figure 2).
3. Click the Login button.
   

Forgot your BCPost password?

Enter the email address you used when you requested the BCPost account (non-BC address) in the field marked: Your Email Address. (see Figure 2)

Click the Send Me My Password button. Your existing BCPost password will be sent to the email address you entered.

If you are a BC user and forgot your BC password, call the Help Center at 617-552-HELP.

Trouble logging-in?

If you are having trouble logging-in, please verify that you are entering your email address and password correctly. If you usually login to BCPost with your email address in the form: firstname.lastname.#@bc.edu and then login with your email address in the form username.bc.edu, BCPost is configured to recognize you with either format and will synchronize your subscriptions. If you find that you are having trouble seeing a list that you are subscribed to or you cannot post to or unsubscribe from a list, please log out and log back in. This will initiate the process of reconciling your various email addresses. If problems persist, please determine if you are able to log into Agora Portal successfully. If not, contact the BC Help Center at 617-552-HELP.
