Using People Search:

You may search for BC Students, Faculty or Staff using any of the following criteria:

• Last name only
• First and last name
• BC Username
• BC Eagle ID Number
• BC Email Account

Note: Do not use a first name only to search for a person.

1. Type the appropriate criteria.
2. Click the Search button. The Directory Search Results window displays.
3. In the Directory Search Results window, click on Add to Cart for the desired individuals or groups. The My Cart (Quick View) window displays.
4. Click anywhere in the Directory Search Results window to add other individuals or groups to the Cart, or conduct another search.
5. When you have added all the individuals or groups you need to the Cart, click on Close Window in the My Cart (Quick View) window.
6. From the Directory Search Results window, click on Cart. The My Cart window displays.

Group Email Account Search:

Some BC organizations use group email accounts to send and receive communications. For example, prospective students and parents can email the Office of Undergraduate Admission at ugadmis@bc.edu. Use the name of the organization to search for these accounts. You cannot search for Personal Groups using the feature.

Note: Not all BC Organizations have group email accounts.

To search for a group email account:

1. Choose Group Email Accounts.
2. Type the group's name or the group's email account name in the entry box.
3. Click the Search button. The Directory Search Results window displays.
4. Click on the email address of the desired group to send them an email.

From the My Cart, you can either send a quick email to the addressees in your Cart or Create a Personal List.
