Creating a Signature in Entourage Web Services
important
Entourage 2008 — Web Services edition is the only version of Entourage supported by ITS for use in the Exchange environment. However it is not recommended. ITS strongly recommends that Entourage users upgrade to Office 2011 and use Outlook for Macintosh.
Entourage 2008 currently comes installed on BCCR computers but it is NOT the Web Services Edition. You will need to upgrade. To learn about upgrading to the Web Services Edition, please contact your TC (Technology Consultant).

For your convenience, you can include a signature that is automatically added to all outgoing messages. A signature usually includes your name and contact information. Setting up a signature is a two-part process: first you must create the signature, then you must enable it. To add a signature:
First, create your signature:
1. Go to Tools > Signature…
2. Double-click Standard (see Figure 1).
3. Type your signature as you would like it to appear on outgoing messages (see Figure 2).
4. Close the window.
Second, enable your signature:
1. Go to Tools > Accounts…
2. Double-click your account (see Figure 3).
3. Click the Options tab (see Figure 4).
4. Choose Standard from the Default signature menu (see Figure 5).
5. Click OK.
