Entourage 2008 — Web Services edition is the only version of Entourage supported by ITS for use in the Exchange environment. However it is not recommended. ITS strongly recommends that Entourage users upgrade to Office 2011 and use Outlook for Macintosh.

Entourage 2008 currently comes installed on BCCR computers but it is NOT the Web Services Edition. You will need to upgrade. To learn about upgrading to the Web Services Edition, please contact your TC (Technology Consultant).

To import your .csv file:

1. From your Entourage menu, select File > Import.
   The Import dialog box appears.
2. Select Import information from a text file and click the right arrow to continue.
3. Select Import contacts from a tab- or comma-delimited text file and click the right arrow to continue.
4. Select the converted .csv file on your desktop (not the .txt file you exported) then click Import.
   The Automatic Mapping window appears.
5. Click Import.
   The Ready to Go! window appears.
6. Click Finish.
7. Verify that your contacts have been imported properly by viewing your Address Book.
