outlook web access light
Learn how to give someone delegate access to your calendar or share your calendar with another person.
NOTE: While you can give someone permission to edit your calendar using OWA Light, if your delegate is using OWA Light to access your calendar they will only be able to view it. Your delegate will need to use Apple Mail, Entourage 2008 WSE, Outlook 2007, or OWA with Internet Explorer in order to make changes to your calendar.
1. Click Options in the upper right (see Figure 1).
2. Click Calendar in left Options pane (see Figure 2).
3. In the Messageware CalendarShare section, click Manage Delegates... (see Figure 3).
4. Click Add to select the person with whom you want to share your calendar (see Figure 4).
5. Type the name of the person with whom you want to share your calendar, then click Open... (see Figure 5).
6. Select the level of permission you want to give the person with whom you are sharing your calendar (see Figure 6). The different levels are:
Reviewer - Can see your calendar, but not make changes to it.

Editor - Can view you calendar, create new events, and edit or delete existing events. The delegate must use Apple Mail, Entourage 2008 WSE, Outlook 2007, or OWA with Internet Explorer.

8. Click OK to apply the permissions you gave your delegate (see Figure 8).
9. Click Save to save the changes you made to the calendar permissions (see Figure 9).
