Assigning calendar permissions

In Exchange, faculty and staff can share calendar details and/or assign delegate access. Delegate access should be given to those who will work (schedule meetings or send email) on behalf of you. If you would like someone to be able to view details on your calendar but they do not need to work on behalf of you, simply share your calendar.
