Title of Position
Research Assistant for the Office of Health Promotion
Purpose
To research, compile, and summarize evidence-based health information on a variety of topics for use in Health Promotion programs, events, and marketing. The Research Assistant will also be responsible for entering feedback and data from evaluations for program assessment. This paid position requires a commitment of 4 hours per week.
We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and committed individual who is responsible, reliable, and organized and who also possesses the following:
A passion for student health at Boston College and the desire to affect positive change
An interest in research and assessment
An ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
Proficiency with MS Office (especially MS Excel for data entry)
Supervision
The Research Assistant will work directly with OHP graduate student staff members, OHP staff members, and the Director of Health Promotion for assignment and review of all tasks and projects.

Title of Position
Social Media Assistant for the Office of Health Promotion
Purpose
To publish Office of Health Promotion messages via posts to our various social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. The Social Media Assistant also creates engaging graphics to accompany some posts to create a dynamic media presence. This paid position will work 5-10 hours per week.
We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and committed individual who is responsible, reliable and organized and who also possesses the following:
A passion for student health at Boston College and the desire to affect positive change
Proficiency with social media including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and Youtube
An ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
Supervision
The Social Media Assistant will work directly with OHP graduate student staff members, OHP staff members, and the Director of Health Promotion for guidance and approval on all social media posts.
