Health Promotion Educational Programs

The Office of Health Promotion offers educational programs and opportunities to get involved. Become a certified Health Coach, request health programming for a group, volunteer in the office, write health articles, staff information tables, and reach out to the Boston College community. Below is a list of our signature programs.

BECOME A HEALTH COACH

As a certified Health Coach you will be trained to help your peers in a specialty area such as stress and time management, healthy eating, healthy relationships, women's health, bystander intervention education, and alcohol and drug education; with special training in behavioral and motivational enhancement skills and understanding the student client's readiness to change.

Be Well Series

Join the Office of Health Promotion for our year-long series of discussions on a variety of health topics including stress and time management, sleep hygiene, generosity and service, dating and healthy relationships, nutrition and exercise, and portrayals of perfection. Lunch or tea and refreshments are always served and available by rsvp only. Email healthpromotion@bc.edu to register.
