How to Sleep Smart:

  • use your bedroom only for sleep
  • finish eating at least 2-3 hours before your regular bedtime
  • exercise regularly, but avoid it a few hours before bedtime
  • avoid alcohol and caffeine close to bedtime
  • go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday
  • relaxation techniques prepare your mind and body for sleep
