Congratulations on your acceptance to Boston College! The Office of Graduate Student Life, the Office of the Provost, University Libraries, and the Graduate Student Association look forward to welcoming you to Boston College and to the Boston area during our "New Graduate and Professional Student Orientation" Program

The 2013 Orientation program will be on
Thursday, August 29th, 2013

To register for Orientation please click here!

As a new graduate or professional student, you join a community of scholars that comprises one third of the entire student population at Boston College.  The purpose of our orientation program is to introduce you to your new community, which includes nearly 5,000 graduate and professional students studying in 8 schools, and to familiarize you with a broad range of University resources and orient you to the greater Boston area. This program is meant to serve as a complement to (not a substitute for) your school/department orientation programs.

To that end, the New Graduate and Professional Student Orientation program includes a variety of activities, ranging from informational sessions to social events, during which you will have an opportunity to meet new and returning graduate students, and to connect with BC administrators and staff throughout the university who are here to support your student learning.
