To reserve space please fill out the Murray Graduate Student Center Space Reservation Form.

All members of the BC community are welcome to reserve various areas of the Murray Graduate Student Center for gatherings targeted to graduate and professional students. Below are descriptions of the rooms which can be reserved and their rich amenities:

The Living Room
Amenities: Cable television, DVD Player
Capacity: 20
Common Functions: discussion groups, meetings, and social gatherings

The Dining Room / Kitchen

Amenities: Complementary coffee, tea, and water; refrigerator space; microwaves; toasters

Capacity: 25

Common Functions: catered group meetings and workshops

*Please note that the dining room is not available to reserve from 12:00pm—2:00pm on weekdays and reservations do not include the adjacent kitchen area.

The Conference Room

Amenities: Large conference table; whiteboard

Capacity: 8-10

Common Functions: small meetings, dissertation defenses, study groups

The Reading Room

Amenities: Comfy chair and sofas

Capacity: 8

Common Functions: small meetings, informal study groups

The Lawn

Amenities: Sprawling outdoor lawn

Capacity: 250

Common Functions: student group barbecues, pick-up games of frisbee
