The Graduate Pride Alliance (GPA) is a new organization, sponsored by the Graduate Student Association (GSA), for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender graduate students and allies. The main mission of GPA is to provide a sense of community and space for LGBT graduate students and allies to socialize, share experiences, and educate the wider community. This group hopes to bridge connections and collaborate with the various LGBT groups at Boston College, as well as within the Boston community. Possible events include, but are not limited to: queer movie night and discussion, LGBT research consortium, ally trainings, social outings, and volunteer opportunities.
