Finding Balance

health and wellness

Our work in the Division of Student Affairs is centered on cura personalis, which means "care of the whole person." This is a core part of BC's Catholic and Jesuit mission. We seek to help you explore the unique gifts and talents that you bring to BC as you learn new insights about yourself and others during your time here.

The purpose of this page is to connect you to those Boston College resources which graduate students take advantage of most frequently. Please visit www.bc.edu/bcinfo for a comprehensive list of Boston College offices, departments, and resources.

Just need some advice?

University Counseling Services University students encounter a variety of challenges during their years of study. They face the tasks of separating from their families, establishing themselves as independent adults, developing new and closer relationships, and defining and committing themselves to a career. Older students may face some of the same challenges, while also managing the responsibilities of work and more permanent relationships. Contact them for an appointment.

Looking for some spiritual and religious services?

Because development of the spiritual and religious life is essential for the formation of the whole person, all our liturgies and programs serve a three-fold purpose:  to invite participants to recognize and respond to the call of God in their own lives, to support individuals in their ongoing spiritual and religious growth, and to challenge individuals to commit themselves to a life of prayer and service to others. Visit their list of spiritual and religious resources to find out more. Campus Ministry's Website
